Quality of Education
To improve outcomes for all children through the implementation of our bespoke sequential Dallas Road Curriculum.
Following interrupted schooling due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, ensure teachers are delivering well considered programmes of study based on assessments to ensure pupil’s learning needs are fully met.
Quality First Teaching embedded across school to improve outcomes for all children ensuring pupils are ready for the next stage of their education.
Behaviour and Attitudes
Ensure that high expectations of learners’ behaviour and conduct are applied consistently throughout the school day in line with updated behaviour policy.
To develop the pupil voice across school in line with the whole school approach linked to personal development.
To ensure that attendance for our most vulnerable pupils is at least in line with national.
Personal Development
To prioritise and develop the health and well-being of the whole school community.
Leadership and Management
To improve the quality of leadership and management
To appoint a substantive leadership team with a new headteacher
To review the current leadership model and, through Governors, construct a new leadership model that addresses the needs of the school in 2021.
To develop middle leaders to ensure that they are effectively leading and driving improvements.
For Governors continue to develop their own monitoring of key areas of the curriculum to enable robust accountability.
